Our Story
Ekatva Advisors was born from a fundamental frustration in the industry: the gap between legal theory and commercial reality.
Founders of infrastructure firms were hiring brilliant legal teams who drafted perfect contracts, and brilliant financial teams who built perfect models. Yet, when executing government PPPs, projects still stalled, payments were still delayed, and margins still bled.
Why? Because no one owned the intersection. The lawyers didn’t understand the supply chain, and the financial analysts didn’t understand authority communication nuances.
